Last week RMITV / Student Community Television Inc. held their AGM (annual general meeting). Although not a huge event, all RMITV members should congratulate the new STC Inc. Board of Directors for 2008.

But finally; more important than any Hall of Fame, all RMITV members should acknowledge the hard work and tireless efforts to make RMITV a better organisation by both Josh Mahoney and Brendan Malone respectively, who were both rewarded with Life Memberships.

Brendan served the organisation as our Technical Manager (a few years ago) and has continued until recently as a keen volunteer and someone who is willing to help our productions and provide advice to our management team and producers ever since.

Josh originally joined RMITV as a quiet editor for Chartbusting 80's before joining the RMITV Board of Directors, he served as Treasurer. Before long he was appointed the RMITV General Manager which he held until 2007. He is also known as a fantastic, Antenna Award winning, producer of Barnaby Flowers.

Life Membership is a real honour to any RMITV alumni, Josh and Brendan should both feel extremely proud for all of their amazing work with the organisation.
