The Antenna awards is community televisions night of nights, giving recognition to the best community television shows around the country, as well as the hard working (they usually have a lot of fun too!) producers, crew and hosts who dedicate so much of their time to making community television such a vibrant and diverse medium.

Before I start listing off RMITV's nominations, I would like to say, on behalf of RMITV Board and Management, a HUGE CONGRATULATIONS to all of those who volunteered on the shows that have been nominated!

Best Editing: Studio 4
Best Young Persons Program: Hit TV
Best Comedy Program: Planet Nerd, Barnaby Flowers Bumper Bonanza,Twenty
Something, Studio 4
Best Interview Show: A Life In Crime
Best Sound: Barnaby Flowers
Best Arts Program: Blurb
Best Male Presenter: A Life in Crime - Michael Kuzilny
Best Director: Twentysomething - Jess Harris & Josh Schmidt
Producer of the Year: Twenty Something - Jess Harris

On Thurs 24th  April 2008, The Antennas will be held at the spectacular BMW
Edge at Melbourne's Federation Square. The  Awards are then broadcast
nationally on Sunday the 27th at 7.30pm.
